By the way, this movie shows exactly what is always going on around the world. It doesn’t matter whether it’s 16th ot 21st century. People don’t change. You have to go to at least one other country in the world to understand it. And the presence of hi tech doesn’t change anything. Even worth, it seems like we are going back to the stone age. The manipulation of our conciseness is tremendous. Stay in the line. If you step out of the line, you are the enemy. The uniform is our future.

By the way, this movie shows exactly why Russia is now breeding behaviorists and is advancing only in «overt» behavior responses and, as some people state, almost 10 years behind American advances. Behaviorism is a nice concept and I agree with most of it, but it seems like a dead end. And in my opinion, Freudian biased unconfirmed ways should be but a thing in the past, not a thing that is taught in schools.
Augsteyer, I apologize, I didn’t explain myself correctly. It’s not WE, who did those experiments, but they were done on us. Believe it or not:-( I remember the pyramids experiment, however they used cubes, instead. By the way, I agree with you 100% about the psych statistics.
You guy shouldn’t be doing these experiments, this effect has been confirmed by many many psychologists, go into psych statistics, it will do you more good. At least psychology will become less of a «soft» science with numbers backing it up.
it’s may appear so, because the experiment was flawed when they weren’t using random assignment, using boys and girls as an independent variable. I must assure you though, the boys and girls are equally the same in desire to conform. It’s independent of sex or age, they don’t need to even use kids for this. They are just an easier subject to use – no compensation needed.
to help translate: they put sugar everywhere,except the one last piece which they gave to the last person, every1 agreed that it’s sugary except the last boy. The commentator says it seems natural for us that the boy would not «conform| with the group. In the next scene the girl is asked whether it is sweet or not, she nods indicating it is ,but she doesnt want more. And in the next scene the commentator acknowledges that «for all of us the other people’s opinions are important».

This is true. It took me almost two hours to translate what they’re saying, but we had the same experiments going on here in Ireland, and kids were acting more or less the same.
